My Work

I am presently a fulltime student at the International House of Prayer University (IHOPU)! It's is a small Bible college in Kansas City and gives excellent theological and musical training. One of the unique aspects of IHOPU is their musical train. Our leadership wants to see multitudes of preachers and teachers as well as worship leaders leave their school. The International House of Prayer is a house of 24/7 prayer and worship. I watched the live webstream when I was still in Japan (view here) and really liked the freedom they carry within their teams of excellent musicians. I wanted to learn how the teams were able to flow with such unity and such spontaneity! I also noticed how Biblically grounded they were whether in worship, prayer, or sermons!
I've been longing to understand the Bible better so I was thrilled to see that IHOPU offered both Biblical and Musical training in their Forerunner Music Academy. I know this is where I'm supposed to be right now! I am learning so much as I dive into my studies and am diligent to learn as much as I can from my teachers. If you want to invest in my training at IHOPU to be better equipt for whatever God has in the future for me, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Before I moved to the USA to go to Bible college, I had two part-time jobs! I was working as an English teaching using Kidswow's English program. (kidswow.com, http://kidswowenglish.blogspot.com/) I was teaching a variety of ages and levels and loving it! It challenged me to use creativity as I modified each lesson to help the unique personalities and learning styles.
I also work at the Foreign Buyers' Club on Rokko Island (https://www.fbcusa.com/). I was a cashier, dispatch worker, help organize and run promotional events, and some other odd jobs. I enjoyed working with my fellow empoyees and the variety of jobs incorporated a number of my capabilities and helped me continue to expand my experiences.
